Theres three weapon types - skill, standard and strength.

Strength maxes out the highest at 100

standard I think 90-95

skill I don't know as I don't use them.

There are no 4th weapons in the game. The upshot of this is that you can find a real good weapon to your personal liking instead.

well the highest power you can have for your weapon is 100, caz i got a 100 power wep for my lu bu, and no you cant get 4th weps
