I adore this song, and the Byrds did a great job with it, but I still like Bob's version more. Anyways, they're all awesome musicians. Great music never dies :)
i wish i was born in the 60s i cry everynight caus i know music is slowly dying this song makes me cry and i wissh i could be in the 1960s, i want mr tambourine man to let me take a trip on his swirling ship back to the 60s god plz................. :| i can only dream what it was like.
@heybulldog98 I know what you mean, but good music does still happen. Do a search for some Bright Eyes songs, they've got a folky kind of vibe that reminds me a bit of Bob Dylan. Might just renew your faith in today's music.
And besides, if you were in the 60's, you wouldn't exactly be checking any of it out on YouTube ;)
@grooverheliboy well there still is good stuff today.... althugh you relaly got to find it. The main issue is that today there is soo much mre freedom of speech, of publishing and everything, so a book, a song, an idea can be easily spread and made official by producers and publishers, although this also implies that everybody can do so; including people with absolutely NO talent, teenagers such as Justin Bieber, Rebecca Black, Cody Doyle, Selena Gomez, Miley Cirus...the list is looooong

@xKelsiiBaybiiex Sure, nobody can beat Bob Dylan, but it's not that bad. Have you heard William Shatner's version?, lol, it's horrible

Why do we now have to listen to the crap music that is our generation when YOUR generations music far outweighs the music of today.

Cool vid. It's a late one from 67 - on a Swedish TV show - so things were beginnng to get more modern.
But it was also towards the end of the Byrds. You can see that Clarke doesnt seem to care. Neither does Crosby
