Hey that also happen to me but i fixed it 1. you need to disconnect the cable that goes to the power of the ps3 but keep it on the power 2. connect your usb cable to the ps3 before you connect the wire back to the ps3 3. when your usb is connected also connect your controller 4. plug in the wire and turn on your ps3 with the usb and the controller connected 5. your controller lights will flash and press the PS button on controller. Hope it fixes your controll.. Thumbs up if it fixes
