Very sharp guy, and he is being groomed for the presidency the same way Obama was. (And by the same people? Sometimes I wonder about that). Anyway, he'll be president in 2016 or 2020. By 2020 Hispanics will be probably be in the majority in the US. He's a shoo-in.
