Looking at the time on the vid it shows just how devastating and blatant this torture is! The most unbelievable part is at the end of the vid. The pilot made sure to be visible from in the car wash so this child and father could not ignore it even if they wanted to. I can not think of a reason for doing this other than pure evil! Make them pay! They just want to hurt them, thats all they want. What Mesa Police pilots are they? Who is going to punish them?

Man i see see these dam helicopters everywhere and they're so dam loud and annoying. how can we complain about this, we need to allocate the city's money to better things than stupid helicopters harrasing everyone.

They enjoyed their fun for a few years now but it's all about to end as the City of Mesa budget can no longer support the Mesa Police Department Aviation Unit's unnecessary airborne antics. These guys actually keep 3 helicopters and 2 fixed wing aircraft in the air on average 10 hours a day while they fly around wily nilly doing what ever they want...The pilots actually dispatch themselves with complete autonomy to respond to only calls they feel like going to. They may scrap the whole program.
