@NWDarkPassionPlay They had plans to make part 2 called Repo! The Beginning. Repo is supposed to be a trilogy and the beginning was before shiloh's time and focused more on the story in the comics of the first film. Unfortunately they have nothing planned right now because everyone is busy.

I love this movie SO much. I learned to love Anthony Stewart Head Voice through this movie (no i don´t like Buffy. But i love Hellsing.) I mean the music is awesome, the lyrics blow brains, actors are good... even Paris Hilton sings good in there Oo And i am so happy that i bought the DVD today :D

Wow...I never realized that those amazing songs that are in the movie could've come from such lame sounding productions xD I'm sorry, I love Repo Man, but the original version of Night Surgeon was pitiful compared to what they beafed it up to.

And I'm glad they didn't stick with hiring the original actor for Nathan Wallace in the movie...Anthony Head's more beastly in his role, they made a great choice

I'd have to agree there i mean logically any man given a job to legally dismember people wouldn't stay or sound as sane as the original actor did. What Anthony Head did for the role was give it that sort of twisted and imprisoned soul kinda feel that the repo man has now. I just loved the fact that he became two entirely separate people to maintain this life of slaughter and guilt and the song to perfectly portray this was Night Surgeon, Which I'm glad they altered somewhat.

Actually, musicals do pretty well in America, from what I've seen. The Nightmare Before Halloween has been pretty popular for a really long time, and that's as cheesy a musical as they come. But we all love it

I know exactly what you mean. Its funny because I just got the 2 disc special edition with a digital copy of Nightmare Before Christmas so I put it on my iPod. Its a great movie and to me doesn't feel too much like a musical but its cheesy fun.

Repo! is not going to be everyone's type of OPERA (its an opera because they sing all the way through unlike a musical from what I've heard) but its not even being given a chance by Lionsgate.

Sorry I may have spoken too soon on the whole opera thing since I don't know what really defines an opera. What I meant to say was a rock opera and I do believe Jesus Christ Superstar is defined as a rock opera.

I got to see the movie and it was amazing! If you're even slightly interested I highly recommend seeing it on one of its Road Tours because with a big crowd is definitely the way to see it and/or even buying the DVD when it come out on Jan 20.
