This mission was hard for me!!! It took me 4 tries to beat it!!! It could have been 3 tries, but after I escaped the mansion with the book (in my 3rd attempt) I had critical health and was in a car crash that killed me.....by a cop. (no pun intended relating to Crash Tenpenny). LMAO

I passed this mission but apart from the first guard, I could never kill the guards without getting shot a bit first. I snuck up on them but they always shot at me when I attacked them.
