Yes, he did. In Slash's autobiography, he mentions that the sound guy was messing up all night, and Axl was having voice problems. Throughout the show (watch the other videos) Axl is constantly looking over at the sound guy on right side of the stage (from the audience's perspective). It is really obvious that he is pissed on the SCOM video.

this is the only GNR lineup that matters!! they had some other good musicians, but this group had the right vibe. Matt is a good drummer, but Adler's drumming is perfect compliment to slash duff and izzy. not to mention, Axl could still sing here
