It's how the body works. If there's food around it'll trick you into feeling extremely hungry so you get your weight up to a healthy level. In other words, when you act against your body, your body works against you. You'll notice it with a lot of celebrities. These extreme low weights are unattainable (unless you're naturally that way inclined).
