Amazing what people think will happen in a fight the choke is reallistick the escape is pretty good I think we need more detail on it but I liked it. I have 35 years of MA and I teach MA not this technique but it was good. Keep up the good work.

This is crap! Women aren't attacked on the ground in this fashion, A women when on the ground is not going to be choked from behind, what sexual predator would do that there whole goal is to get in your legs to get some.
