Love this gadget! Yes I cook but not when it's hot outside as we have no AC .It's nice to have an alternative to the microwave when it's too hot to turn on the oven- made some awesome low carb brownies in it- even non-dieting hubby loved them.

I love mine too, though I mainly do it for snacks. Pita pockets with pizza fixings in it is awesome and I love to make little tortilla shells with beans, cheese and meat. Heating up meatloaf is good too. I have had my express 101 for years and I love it.

Omlettes are kinda gross because they are kinda crunchy. Very weird and I am a texture person too. I have never done a stuffed beef or the stuffed chicken in it though.Maybe I will try, but I just don't want to ruine a good piece of meat. Like I said before, snacks are great in it though. I think it only cost 40 dollars when I got it. But it also came with tons of other stuff too. I went through the cook book that came with it and some of the things in it sounded pretty good. Try one out!!
