I may have missed if you said the amps your at , but they got this watt per inch thing , aint sure on the numbers , but there is suppose to be a limit to the watts you can run per surface area. Could be a small part of the heat problem.

I just wanted to put out a video of the cell and get some feed back. Do you know were the watt per sq " is I maybe at the limit. each plate has 12.375 sq" that come in contact with electrolyte. I would like to find out, I may have to rethink my cell " I hope not" but would like to know.
