  • yes, and i see the guys at USC doing these all day... *cough*cough*

  • I am a Qb, Reciver and runner

  • @AbdulJabar8000 attack it.

  • RAIDERS

  • forever alone

  • @AbdulJabar8000 its attack the ball. Because, if the cornerback is good he'll be trying to hit the ball out. so u need to try to get as fast as possible

  • Another tip is to do this while wearing a football helmet to help disorientate. My helmet affects my vision a lot.

  • of course anyone can catch a ball by throwing it in the air its about falling at 10mph

  • This helps, but you just need to get with your quarterback and have him throw to you.

  • haha i already am a star widereceiver..

  • The true key to catching is concentration. If you concentrate on catching, you will. Most of the drops comes from lose of concentration. Just focus on looking it in and you can catch anything you think you can. It's all about confidence.

  • this is actually helps..im a tight end and i need to have pretty good hands..ive always had good hands for my age but i do this a lot so my hands are even better now

  • Comment removed

  • pretty good techniqe <-- or howeva u spell it lol :DD

  • @Dzeneth same crap here

  • This actually works i thought he was talking BS but it works

  • he sounds like Kat Williams

    SHHEEEETTTT

  • i can catch okay ad i play wide reciever, CB and safety

  • @AbdulJabar8000 depends.. if the DB is on you then you want to attack it so you beat him to the ball.

  • i already know how to catch but i want to get better so thanks alot

  • @AbdulJabar8000 dont atttack

  • Dammit, it's just not the same when you're throwing it yourself. When some one else is throwing it too you as fast as they can, and that thing is spining hard and fast, I can't help but flinch as it goes towards me.

I guess that's why I'll always be noseguard and never a running back.

  • i think its akward that most of these expert village receiver videos are with black guys

  • @antoniogamboa3 its only awkward if youre racist. i have no problem whatsoever watching videos of people from other races

  • @antoniogamboa3 Name 3 white wide recieves in the NFL.

  • @VivaLaChase21 wes welker, julian edelman, kevin curtis, matt jones, and some more get your facts straight for u make a stupid comment like that

  • @VivaLaChase21 welker, gonzo, collie... want some more? edelman, stokley, matt jones (even though hes a fuckin chud), blair white, kevin walter, jordan shipley, brian hartline...and thats just off the top of my head...fucking dumbass.

  • @Fvantagio15 ok i get it all these white guys play fo shit teams ( cept Welker and Collie)

  • @VivaLaChase21...they play for better teams then you do.

  • @VivaLaChase21 and blair white

  • @Fvantagio15

dont forget alex gonzales and jordy nelson

  • Gee, I would have never thought of this. =/

  • the ball will be flying at you alot harder if a Qb throws it LOL but okay :P

  • how do i turn caps off?

  • @MrMrthunder92 u just did dumbfuck.

  • @MrMrthunder92 u just did dumbfuck.

  • 1st with the number thing. it is same regulation as everyone knows, but NFL players can wear unregulation numbers but the team has to pay a fine. not very many players do it though. 2nt i was an ok pass catcher on my team 2-3 caught, but i idid this drill where you lay on the ground and you roll the ball off both of your fingertips. i did it over the summer(at 1st when i was board) and noe i go 29-30. im in 7th grade and im being called to play 8th grade games at Tight End.

  • why the crap is there words all over this gay video

  • @puppetmastersish turn the captions off dumbshit

  • ?is dat brain dawkings/?????

  • i feel like going outside and doing it now even though i already do it all the time

  • i love to catch a good throwing ball and i always catch the ball if he is coming good i dont need to do this

  • hurts your neck after a while

  • I got A question did anybody see any real results

  • @jmoneyballing yes i got results doing this i do this anytime i have a ball with me even before i go to sleep now i do what i call the Larry Fitzgerald which is what Larry used to do when he was younger this drill is where you lay on your back throw the ball and catch it with your eyes closed so yes this does work

  • @datguyreggie1 Good luck fam i love it when dudes have heart for the game but don't get hit the face with that ball lol

  • hester is 23 and neither of your guys's numbers say that a wr can be 23, good job tho ur all wrong.

  • why would yall be scarred of a plastic ball its not like its a rock or metal

  • @lilmelik1 It's leather....

  • @lilmelik1 You are fucking reatarded lol. It's not plastic, It's leather. Plus, it wouldn't matter if it was made out of plastic anything hard hurts when it is thrown at you at 50 mph.

  • i thought i was the only person that did this

  • are thos the cowboys raiders or just a normal high school or collage

  • wow

  • These are the official nfl rules for numbering:

    Quarterbacks, placekickers and punters: 119

    Wide Receivers: 1019 and 8089

Running backs and defensive backs: 2049

    Offensive linemen: 5079

Linebackers: 5059 and 9099, or 4049 if all are taken

    Defensive linemen: 6079 and 9099

Tight ends: 8089, or 4049 if all are taken

This only implies for the NFL not for school or college level of play.

  • Pretty Much O line is 60-78 Dline 50-6089-00/99 WR 1-22 80-89 RB 1-32 FB 1-32 or TE 1-22 80-89 Qb 1-20 DB 1-50ish CB 10-30 Saftey 5-25 This is the average # used...
  • And by the way the pats number 9 isnt Jeff rowe as they say on there web site, cuz the real number 9 is black lol

  • This rule isnt very clear. There's a pats receiver who's wearing the number 9, stefan logan, a running back for the steelers, is wearing the number 11. Matthew Slater plays safety with the number 18.

  • Only numbers between 50 and 69 are not eligible numbers ! The reason why you dont see a quarter back with the number 41 is because the nfl has some news number rules. Doug Flutie used to wear 22 ! And receivers can wear numbers in the 20's, Devin Heaster is the best example.

  • hey numbers70-79 are also not eligible

  • the reason devin hester wears 23 is because he was drafted as a corner 20-49. they switched his position 2 wide receiver.. wide receivers can be 10-19 and 80-89. in the nfl that is.

  • if you played one position and switched to another in the NFL, you are allowed to keep the jersey number you had from the other position. Ex. Aaron Kampman (from DE to LB), Devin Hester (from CB to WR)

  • this guy looks like he knows what to do

  • They should get AJ GREEN to do a video 10 times better...|-) GOOOOOOOOOO DAWGS!!!!!!!!! SIC 'EM!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the raiders?

  • its not a football its an egg

  • hehehehe nice one............8=Dhehehehe

  • These are pretty bad tips !

  • 1-9 Quarterbacks and Kickers

10-19 Quarterbacks, Receivers, Tight Ends, and Kickers

20-49 Running Backs and Defensive Backs

    50-59 Centers and Linebackers

60-79 Defensive Linemen and Offensive Linemen

    80-89 Receivers and Tight Ends

    90-99 Defensive Linemen and Linebackers

  • tight ends cant wear 10-19 they can only wear 80-89 unless all those r taken then they can wear 40-49

  • wow i thats a good way to practice over the shoulder catches, thatnks. and n1nj4z3r0 your forgetting 31-39 for RB's, everything else looks nice though

  • Line Men - 60+

    Wide Outs/TE 1-20 80-89

    Line Backers 40-59

    Running Backs 1-30

    QB's 1-19

  • i think i need to do those exersices i cant cant catch and im going out for running back

  • @mantran234 good luck get that position when u cant catch i would no cus my dad is the choch of a high school team

  • @mantran234 running back dosnt catch and if ur not 160 pounds+ ull get rocked

  • @swordguy6 running backs do catch. where have you been for the past 80 years?

  • @swordguy6 Bruh i play rb and we have to catch... And i only weigh like 145 and i have never been rocked

  • @swordguy6 Lol, I'm a 150 pound running back, I get atleast 5 receptions a game, and I have never been a rocked. Damn you really don't know what you're talking about, do you?

  • @mantran234 dude me too!

  • wow stop dissing these videos based on little details the main point is that there showing the proper technique

  • omg who cares what number hes wearing.....i thought it was a good video !!!!!

  • y are the wearing 8 and 20 those are not even receiver number if ur gong to give advise at least follow the number count for ur jersey

  • 8 is a reciever number... usually in high school some low numbers are 1-9 or 80-89

  • so what kinda of numbers are there for running backs??

  • 20 21 25 27 28 33 36 5.

  • recievers get 10-19 & 80-89

  • @ADEAZAD You do realize that a player can wear any number he wants regardless of position, as long as it's not taken all he has to do is pay a fine if it isn't within the rules, don't you?

  • p.s. to my comment below me i can also break tackles when im running with the ball and i have ok speed but not wow speed.

  • dude dont be scared of the ball when i was 7 i played i used to be scared but now no way in hell i will drop a pass

  • u need to tuck in ur jersey dudes

  • i wish he would wear a wide reciever number in instead of 20 and 8

  • Why would you not want 20 or 8 thoses r low numbers

  • yeah lol

if ur afraid of the ball and afraid to get hit ur not on the right sport lol just do wut i did when i was a kid when i was afraid of the ball and get hit lol

every time u see the ball pretend is something else like roll of toilet paper ...

and about the hitting thing ....

just like get mean youl loose your fear .... sometime...

  • sorry kid. if your scared of the ball, your not playing the right sport

  • @laxprep39 i was scarred of the ball too at first.. confidence will come with practice and repetition, dont get discouraged ;]

  • if your afraid of the ball then just don't be a reciever

  • this should do me good. i needa practice catching. i always absorb the energy in my arms instead of bringing it to my stomach which aint good.

  • dis will help..imma do it after track season...

A TRUE VALDOSTA HIGH SCHOOL WILDCAT!!

  • word

  • sometimes you have to attach the ball before the defender does!

  • you obviously dont play receiver

  • actually i play tight end for your information!

  • then yu must have hardly any catches if you absorb or whatever yu do. use your fucking hands..

  • i do use my hands dumb shit.
