@TheHammycare - Nope! Many people use fleece instead of commercial bedding. It's cheaper, better for people with allergies, and reduces waste that needs to be disposed of. See guinealynx.info/bedding_fleece.html for more info.
Not easily - the grids have openings which are about 1.25", which is large enough for a hammie to crawl through. You'd need to find grids with much smaller openings, and find a way to connect them so that the hamster couldn't nibble her way out!
I know Because since they are small so what i was going to do you was put coroplast then leave a small dent in which the hammy cant fit through and on top of that put this thick hard paper and leave the a piece of the top open and put the cage against the wall reply telling me if that would work thanks
Absolutely correct about rabbits; this refers to all the people who lump guinea pigs in with small animals such as rats, hamsters, and gerbils.
We do recommend a minimum of 4'x4' C&C pen or dog x-pen for 1-2 rabbits (more for larger and for more active bunnies), with at LEAST 2 hours of playtime out of the pen.
dont they need bedding?

I love it---I have all my babies in those c&c cages we built ourselves. Maybe it's the Peruvian breeds that just don't move like that.
I have a baby abby that runs around like a nut, buy my 2 Peruvians just lounge around. Lazy stinkers.
Thanks for putting out the word on piggies need SPACE and ROOM to roam

What do you mean "especially GPs"? What about rabbits? They needs loads of space AND attention from us.
