@TheKatyClark i have a 2 years annual pass for sea world, busch gardens and aquatica. aquatica is about 5 miles from my gym. instead of being bored on a treadmill, i get better cardio there. and the scenery is better as well. makes a nice background for videos after a workout. thanks, dale
@slvforMscl sorry for late reply, i missed your comment. yes, i turned 50 last june. i hope to get the message across to those who think they are too old or have given up, thay are wrong. i was that guy. never touched steroids as some think.
