not a fan of alter bridge, but dude is good...not better, chris cornell is a great vocalist and can sing very well...but brandon can hit just about every note in the book. bon jovi, isn't better...tate is pretty great, don't really know how to compare them...dio is legendary, and again idk how to compare him to brandon...you obviously know your shit and i don't wanna argue with you but brandon has been one of the greatest singers since the early 90s and since then he became phenomenal. the best.

@BoddhasServants brandon doesnt sing above an E5 in falsetto B4/C5 in full voice whereas cornell sings up to A5 in full voice . Bon jovi can go up to G5 in full voicce and lower than brandon down to a D2 . Myles kennedy can also go up to an A5 in full voice or higher.

there were a few on your list that are comparable though...maynard, daltrey, plant, layne staley, freddie mercury...freddie mercury and maynard are probably the only ones who can hold a candle to brandon on live performances...they both are equivalent if not better...but the rest of your list are just great studio singers.
