A different way to do this, do provocation on basic, kill all but one per wave, then auto the last one on an elf :P made 80 proff cylinder, and 40 proff bastrd sword. Also made fully upgradec crossbow and longbow :P

how come u only can hit one damage!??!?!?! for me, i only can hit 1 at the first time, like....about 1/10 of its hp, but then i could hit higher damage, and kill it more faster than u.....watever :P

Because you always do one damage to the golden spider. Unless you use counter, which breaks it's defense. After that you can beat it up fairly easy.

True you may run out of stamina but you can still attack. And plus you're not trying to kill the spider anyway.

After each run you have to go all the way to bangor and repair your weapon.

No, your stamina would go up too quickly to have it run out, as you only hit once when it's in the corner... And why would you lose your proficiency when you leave? It's not that he had 40k durability either, he has a mod to tell him his EXACT durability, so you got that confused.

Thats why you get high def... And death for your proffing alt isn't a bad thing, it keeps you from gaining levels and increasing your CP. Just keep your stuff blessed. :D
