This was what House music was also trying to head for as well during the late 1980's and early 1990's. More soul to be put back into House music, and it worked. As Ten City were coming through and the "New Jersey Sound" (House music sound) was just a round the corner. Remember a Dj called Tony Humpheries that championed the New Jersey Sound, and the club that he played a club that he played at called the "Zanzibar".

Here in England, this sound was to be known as Garage.

Sooo good to hear this tune, back in the day....you know. Wish going out was as good right now. Theres only a few venues where you can go for good soul/r&b music, with people who bother to dress up and make an effort, where ladies were ladies, and men were gentlemen. I much prefered it that way lol. Just look good, have good music and a good dance!!!!
