@Hotchick7124 I take the color from the background and go over her hair and the blur it so it blends in or I select pieces and copy and paste them over areas that stick out. Im gonna try and make a video to show anyone who has question~

@LadyMizukage Like, the tint? Cause that's just taking the base hair color and lightening it then making a lil strip on her head and using the blur to blend it in to create a tint

(BTW, uniform colors make total sense. If the elementary colors are red and blue, then it's logical for the female counterpart of the middle school uniform to be purple).
