i have played AC0 and AC5....

AC0 has a good story. but AC5...man, i must say. i personally think its one of the most touching stories ever. this story was AMAZING!!! i also LOVED the soundtracks for this game! i LOVE THEM ALL! best game of all AC series. though, i do admit i do like AC6's storyline and soundtracks. specially "liberation of Gracemaria" soundtrack. but...idk, AC5 is the best in my opinion :)
