Heh. Try the original Dark Castle for MAC game, though it only works on System 6.0.8 and lower. Used to play it on our Mac Plus, pretty good by 1986's standards. However, We NEVER finished this game! It involves some weird puzzles for the Fireball 4 and the final Dark Knight 4 level. The Mac one was fun, with the interesting feature of using both keyboard and mouse for controls. Just like in modern FPSs!
This is actually a classic game. Your obviously a ROM downloader and never actually played the original back in the day. you also suck at it. everyone else can aim fine.
Yeah, the Genesis version does suck balls, but if you can't figure out, that you have to walk to the other end of the room, pretty weak. And the Mac version is kick ass! You should try it out!

Yeah man, you cant review a game without researching the roots of it. This is not the original, Ive never played Dark Castle, but I do however own Beyond Dark Castle and it is amazing for the time. All of your negative points in the game generally reflect your inability to play it well. I was playing BDC back on my old mac SE and it was fantastic platform based, smooth playing fun.. also, why do you have to post only negative reviews on games? Especially ones that are... more mature than you.
@trikkyman007 Hey dumbass this game was made in 1985 when games had manuals instead of built-in tutorials. You don't know what to do because you didn't read the manual. And because you suck at video games. They're mutants not birds.
Just a hint: on the top of the "donkey kong" level, walk right to get to the "Shield 2" level, it has a dragon (oooh). I remember I had trouble with this too when I played this as a 7 year old kid (20 years ago, Mac version). I can't promise you'll like the next levels any more though.

Ive finished this game on hardest level, and the thing i enjoyed the most with this game was the sound effect.
And its not a very serious game.
