Errm i don't know who r u referring to but i just want to clarify this, Im still a student at St Michael Institution Ipoh. Last year, i've taken an exam from the University Of New South Whales, Australia. That exam was to test the english skill level of students from all around the world and my school happens to be one of the participant.

On that exam paper, it is written there that the English Standard in Malaysia for Form 4 is just like the English Standard for Year 6 in Australia.. hmmmm~
