Invicta really sucks, I bought a 8926 coin bezel and it's "steel" case and bracelet got so full of scratches that looked like a fake rolex. Their watches are crap and most of their stuff is chinese ( chinese crap, because there are some good chinese watches). I you want an affordable good looking watch buy a seiko or a citizen, if you want some striking designs and class as well get any top swiss brand

I can understand the posters frustration... Also, I know from experience that dealing with Invicta is "a mission" and in no way am I letting them off the hook... But, in my view, somebody at ShopNBC should've seen that obvious defect and shipped another timepiece. Certainly, one where the hands weren't dangling beneath the crystal...

Moreover, if I google "Invicta watch complaints", I get plenty of hits, most with similar stories such as the one in this video. Also, there are numerous examples of negative reviews not being posted on Shopnbc or Watchgeeks. I just can't find that stuff by googling other brand names (well, maybe other Shopnbc brands...)

Real watch companies have years of expertise : Rolex, Omega, Longines, , Seiko, etc. so they are able to launch reliable quality watches. But Invicta? The true Invicta company dissapered in the 70's. These guys are just using the name "Invicta". Same thing goes for Renato. Who are "Renato" watch company? Nobody, and nobody in the watch bussiness knows them.

DO NOT PURCHASE INJIPTA unless you want a flashy, gold layered, tin can with a cheap quartz movement, that's been poorly assembled in God knows where, (certainly not by top notch Swiss watchmakers) and says Swiss Made on the dial but actually is not.

Buy a real watch from a real tried and true brand. Or learn the hard way.

I wore it every day to work for ove a year in the Austin club district with absolutely no problem other than the look of shock & awe from other people. Swiss watch federation does not even recognize Invicta and they have no known holdings in swiss at all... currently Invicta has a F rating with he better business bureau because of there false advertisement... i actually purchase my Invicta Watches at JC Penny. If they don have what you're looking for they will order it and call you when it's in and if it's defective they will automatically send out for a new one. no muss no fuss. I've heard a couple of bad watches coming out of shopnbc. It's too bad they really are good watches

depending on where you you baught the watch somtimes people buy from unreliable sources and some of these invicta videos ive seen have been trashing invictas i own one and ive never had a problem with mine and i swim with mine on it.i think you should try to get in contact with the sellers of this beatiful watch and try to get them to send you a new watch...you have probrubly alredy done this.. thanks..enjoy the watch..best of regards

I like the Invicta styling. They come out with some really fun cool looking watches, but I don't buy higher priced models. I stick to stuff I can get on the cheap so I don't feel bad if it's busted and I have to wait weeks to get it RMA'd.

Invictas are a pile of shit. I've had four in the past 10 years or so and ALL of them developed problems. What pisses me off is the dishonesty of this company by saying that the m.s.r.p. is five times the amount their selling that actual watch for, and you think your getting the deal of the century on that watch. Problem is no one is selling them for the bullshit m.s.r.p. price. So next time ask for a phone # of a store that sells them for that much and get ready for more bullshit.

I have 11 Invicta watches, all of them are beautiful and run excellent. My Breitling does the same, I love it. Having paid 10 times the amount for it, I dont really wear it on a daily basis, in fact, it's locked in my safe. Point being, Invicta as a company, has never bragged or claimed exclusivity as a selling point. But when you wear them, you are looking and feeling good, My Breitling has never generated as much attention as my RD.

you can get an actual Russian diver on ebay for like 300 dollars. the invictas suck. my friend's invicta stopped working after a week, and when he got it back from invicta after 3 months it still didn't work and had a big scratch on it that wasn't there before. DO NOT BUY INVICTA.

Keep trying with Invicta customer service, they will most likely replace it with a new one. Invicta is a excellent watch company, don't give up! I think your watch got slammed around really bad during shipment. All it takes is one really good shock for something like this to happen..hope it works out for you!

NOTE: So no one else makes the same mistake, don't but Invicta watches....I have a Patek, a Vacheron, a Rolex, a Ulysse, an Omega, and a Breguet......They are actually GOOD quality timepieces.....Invictas are not....You can buy a great Vintage USED Omega for 600.00. No problems, just a great watch....Invictas are not great...at all....please stay away from that company....they say swiss made, but they should say "Made Like Crap"

I have had great customer service with invicta and i pay all of mine from Shopnbc and their customer service has always been great anyway you might try to get ahold of Eyal Lalo he is the CEO of invicta and he claims to care about his customer service i hope this is helpful to you and i will bet you your Watch got damaged during shipping!!!!!!!!!!!

I got the Pro Diver Automatic from ShopNBC. It arrived a week late, and now I realize that the bezel won't move. It's jammed. Otherwise it looks and feels good, and I like the auto with the display back. Trying to send it back or get it replaced - no resonse yet from ShopNBC.

Wow, sorry to see this but ever Invicta I ever purchased worked very well and keeping excellent time! I have maybe six different Invicta watches... but I didn't get them on or via internet sets! I bought mine from watch/jewellery stores. Check out my review and maybe that would help you out. Again, I love Invicta watches and I don't think they're trash!

I am so glad that it worked out for you. I am very pleased with the Reserve collection, which is a more expensive watch. Don't give up on Invicta, it is a great watch company. I have purchased more than twenty watches from them and have not had a problem.

The best advice I can give is stay the hell away from SLOP. They sell broken watches all the time. I like Invicta but do not buy Invicta at SLOP there are so many reputable dealers online and around the country just look carefully. The other dealers on line do not practice price gouging.

funny I ordered one of these too and the "I" was missing from the "Invicta" I returned it to the ebay seller I bought it from. Though he tried to have me call Invicta.

They make some beautiful watches but quality is questionable as I am finding out they are notoriously bad at times. But then other people have great luck with em..

I got two broken Invicta's from Shop NBC. They both had broken spring bars. I had to fix them myself. The one I got from ebay is fine, although it has a spot on a luminous marker. Shop NBC did not display my 1 star review, and I noticed that the watch I reviewed only had 4 stars or higher. I think they censor their reviews. I love the watches, but I won't buy Invicta or shop from Shop NBC again. What's with paying a $25 money order to get work done under warranty?

After all my efforts to get some attention to my problem I finally got some... and it came from ShopNBC Customer Service by someone named John.

He was very understanding to the dilemma and responded by sending me a prepaid return label to send back the defect watch and assured me I would be able to get a replacement once they get them instock again at this same price.

It's the best they can do for me seeing the the situation as it stands (and I'm appreciative for that).

OK, first watch went back... refund promptly given (NP).

I then ordered a 2nd watch when it came back into stock. Yikes, this 2nd one was also screwed up... the hands were on this time but the Hour Hand registered about 15 mins off from where it should be, so it too had to be sent back (still waiting for the refund).

I really like this watch too much to give up... so I ordered a 3rd one and FINALLY got a keeper!

BTW ShopNBC did send prepaid shipping labels for the return of both defective watches. The only thing I'm not getting reimbursed for is the (total of) 3 initial shipping costs. ( I did pay all 3 times for overnight shipping so that added up to about $55 I'm at a loss for)

For all you Nay Sayers...Now that all this is actually behind me I'd still do it over because this watch is that cool IMO. I just Luv it!
