I dont think work experience should be counted, too much tuition fee involve here, Us students pay $30,000-40,000 a year tuition fees compared to tuition fees from other countries which is like $500 dollar/year, i pity American students for paying this kind of money and just can get an equivalent education, i think people graduate from other countries should at least get 2 more years of schooling in US , coz they are 2 years behind in years of school.
