We all need to hear the voices of Rwandan people and we must try to learn about the causes of genocide in order that it will never happen again.

The UN and President Clinton were complicit in the tragic events in Rwanda by their inaction to send 3 -5000 UN troops to stop the Hutu extremists early on. Other minor actions by the UN could have been exercised wihich - experts report - could have made a big difference.
