around the 0:08 second mark... how do you time the pulverize so fast before the headbutt pushes the enemy all the way? like if you headbutt only you go a certain distance but it looks like thers a way to stop them from going far if you q ? but i can never do it right

@Phili721 Actually it still is possible. The trick to doing this is pressing Q (pulverize) as soon as Alistar starts to go towards the target with headbutt, as in you have to be pressing Q while Alistar is in the headbutt animation and not after he hits them with headbutt. There is a timing to it, but if you spam Q while trying to do this, it's a 100% success. If you wish, I can make a tutorial video on it since there are others who want to learn it as well.

@VanteLoL its not a bug, as soon as you choose your teleport target, the minion you are teleporting to becomes invulnerable and will stay until the teleport is finished. otherwise people would see the teleport animation and kill the minion to prevent the teleport.

Right now his AP ratios arent as good, the best build for him right now is:

Philo. Stone -> Soul shroud -> Aegis shield -> Catalyst. Then the build from there is completely up to how the game is going. Either AP or Resistance. I personally go for a FON or Sunfire depending on the situation.

@williamwzl Hey William. This video was recorded before the nerfs to Alistar's AP ratios, and I haven't played him since then and am not sure if he's still viable with an AP build. However, I only stack Doran's items early game if I'm behind in terms of farm and gold and whatnot, and I do so moreso for the utility from mana regen and survivability for health rather than the damage. The AP from doran's rings is just a bonus for my playstyle. It'd be different for each player.

@williamwzl If you're solo laning, you only need 2 Doran rings to sustain yourself indefinitely and harass at the same time. 4 Rings is overkill during laning, but outside laning phase they're useless.

Think of it this way. 1 Doran Ring = Ok sustain, mediocre harass.

2 Doran rings = infinite sustain, OK harass.

3 Doran rings = Do I even use mana?

4 Doran Rings = Never gonna give you up.
