I watched Hell's Kitchen once. Safe to say I never watched it again. It was a horrible show, but I did learn one thing: Because of Gordon Ramsay's rampant screaming, cursing, and hurling of dinnerware quickly led me to realise that Ramsay is mentally deranged and is a shocking nasty narcissistic person. He empowers other bullies that it is OK to act like him. Actually he should be flogged and then placed in the stocks so that people can hurl rotten eggs at his ugly vile face.

In all the series, near the end the contestants run the pass/hot plate themselves, and quite a few of them have said they finally understood why he got so angry, with the stupid mistakes being served up. Ramsay suffered all the abuse himself while he was learning his trade, this IS what it's like to work in high pressure kitchens.
