If you are trying to make a tutorial and would like to have some recorded music with it then your going to need hypercam due to fraps not being a screen recorder but a game recorder. @jjonathan3277 Well what your going to want to do is lower the amount of fps hypercam is recording. Using 10 is good but with slower computers it will lag you. Hypercam although a small program does take up some processing. Its most likely your computer. Also try closing out of things not in the video such as skype or yahoo chat. 1.hit the start button in the bottom left

2.click "control panel"

3.Look for the button that reads "sounds, devices, sound mixer, volume control. or anthing similar to that". click it open the volume control and folow starting the video at " 2:05 " good luck

get audacity and watch the tutorial on how to make it a mp3 after that put your video in a editor (youtube music while doin a tutoiral or somthing lags) and record youtube song(s) that you want with audacity, make it a mp3, and then put the audio in your recorder
