I guess this technically is not the same as a colloid, but I'm not really an expert. I've read testimonies of people taking colloidal gold that were similar to what others reported with monatomic gold. Are they the same, or...?
This is not Nano Technology. Colloidal silver has been around for ages, people can make their own generators to make the solutions on a daily basis. Why would anyone want to buy this when they can make a generator for less than $30???

Colloidal gold is the FALSE PROFIT of alchemy. It only dose DAMAGE, not good. The elixir is easy for anyone to make, and is FREE!
