Does CreditHealer allow a drag / drop OR copy / paste OR upload PDF documents into the software? In other words, can I upload a clients credit report into client's personal filing cabinet within CreditHealer software?

Does CreditHealer allow custom dispute letter templates that auto-populate client's information into the letter without having to re-type clients address, account number etc. for all subsequent clients?
