Here's my guess. He pulls the cloth forward to cover a trap door. He moves the guy who can see the back of the chair. At 1:09 she's sitting on the edge of the seat. At 1:12 she has a few seconds to slide off the chair, open the trap door and raise a "dummy head" from the back of the chair. At 1:35 when he touches her hand, she's mostly in the trap door already. As he pulls the cloth back, she closes the trap door and the force of the cloth flips the "dummy head" back behind the chair.

And There is an illusion within the trick for the TV Show when he says the people "don't know the trick, or him, or whats going to happen". The people there do know.
