Give this dude a break. First of all, he's doing a demonstration... he's talking down to the crowd. That's deference. He'd probably lose a few of you if he started talking numbers in his head and you had no point of reference of how he did the calculation.. Someone would be sending a tweet asking him how he came up with the numbers. Second, do be so blasted critical. ...I'm kidding. I'm an undergraduate physics and chemistry student, and sometimes I too have these momentarily blackout of calculations - so I guess it's a common issue.
