  • You did a great job kid i am 17 and also learning how to fly i only have 8 hours and i am also practicing on my touch and go landings. keep up the good work.

  • @metal4fusion Thanks! good luck to you

  • 12 year old student pilot here!!! :D

  • @Vulture808 I was 13! 15 now. (:

  • @NIGHTEHAWK i only have an hour and a half of flying experience. i also fly this plane called the Grob G 109B. plus, my flight instructor is planning to get a cessna 150 hopefully in 2 weeks when i go flying again! :)

  • @Vulture808 Nice!! I haven't gone flying in forever!!! Plus i don't know when i'm going again. I'm getting an actual instructor soon as well. A Grob would be cool to fly! Good luck!

  • @NIGHTEHAWK my flight instructor didnt have the cessna there. Oh well. Also forgot, i never flew a cessna so that will be a new experience when i finally fly one

  • @Vulture808 I think you'll enjoy it. They are very stable, easy airplanes to fly. It's a good plane just to go up, learn, do touch and goes, and just mess around in. Although, in my mind nothing will ever beat the Piper J-3 Cub!

  • @NIGHTEHAWK you have inspired me thank you

  • @66yoyomama Anytime!

  • your a lucky kid...

  • @lgxeneon11 Yes sir I am!

  • Congratulations. Nice video and nice flight. Your aprroach and touch were perferct in my opnion.

    A hug!

  • @farleyjanuaria Thanks!

  • @byBeety 40 (: Here at least.

  • @byBeety Oh.. year and a half. I'm 15 and a half as of the 26th (last Monday) so my official flight lessons/ground school will start soon.

  • @byBeety This is actually a very good runway. but that's beside the point. This is a nice bird to fly, i really loved it. Wish i had the money to buy a 120/140 project. And i would suggest finding a nice little airport like this to start learning at!! much much MUCH less stress!!! Happy flying! and good luck!!(:

  • nice landing!

  • @pntinthegreen Thanks(:

  • who's moving the camera?

  • @Scote1992 My father.

  • @NIGHTEHAWK is he the guy sitting next to you?

  • @Scote1992 Yes.

  • I flew N6461S Last Monday. The 150 is a really nice bird I would love to own one!

  • @nascarfan154 Congrats man! i loved flying this bird.

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Yep I was surprised how easy it was. It was actually my 2nd flight with a flight school. The panel didn't look like that though.

  • Great job.I have a C150 a1976 model i have owned for 16 years N9164U Best plane i ever had.Keep them FLYING

  • @KageKitsune13 Thanks! and yea i agree. I would love to have one of my own, or a 140/120.

  • Very nicely done. You actually fly very well, keep it up, it's a great career.

  • @kilvo777 Thanks

  • Awesome! You are an excellent pilot!

  • @ChillinCoool Thanks!

  • Aviation family/friends....best in the world!:)

  • @sabrpilot can't agree more :)

  • Thanks for posting this! I used to own a 1964 straight-tail 150 (N4364U)....I miss her very much, such a great plane to fly! Your instructor taught you well, very smooth and light in-puts.

  • @sabrpilot Thanks, but no instructor :P just my dad and all my life!

  • @sabrpilot N4364U maybe in N. California late 60's early 70's?

  • @clubmyndset no, it was on the east coast....S.C. and was totaled in a ramp accident.

  • @sabrpilot I flew one with real close N number,really loved the manual flaps.thanks...

  • @HullFly Not trying to be rude, but please do not post things like this on my videos :)

  • Nice flight! Nice land! Awesome video! Keep on flying!!

  • @PilotoMAF Thanks! will do!!

  • @PilotoMAF Thanks! will do!

  • woo

  • guy looks like a chomo!

  • I start my first flight in a Cessna 150 on 11 June 2011. Can hardly wait!

  • @Hoot96 awesome! good luck!

  • Very fine flyer and really inspiring video.

I'm about to buy a '65 C-150 in the next months to start flying with my son, he is still too young (5) but I hope he will enjoy the experience.

Thanx a lot Nightehawk for such a great video.

  • @benmiata Thanks! Good luck to him! hope he does well. At that age i imagine it will come naturally to him after a few hours at the controls!

  • Perfect landing.

  • @ZehAnonymous Thanks

  • I am getting this soon, its the cheapest, best deal out there.

  • @ZehAnonymous Heck yea it is!

  • 35-40 yrs ago I flew the 150 I really had a ball with it..love to own one someday..b a week end warrior...enjoyed the music very nice....good luck on yer lic...Rex

  • @rexcox63 Awesome! we are mostly week end warriors, well, all the videos i make are on weekends, but in the summers we go after school, no cameras, just us and the wild blue yonder! :)

  • I think young man did a great job..good luck gettin lic when hes old enuff..etc

  • @rexcox63 Thanks!

  • Is it a C-150?!

  • @LoganSU8 yes..

  • @NIGHTEHAWK c150 has no that large space behind the seats as i know. i also learn to fly on a C-150 (that's a 150 Aerobat). This plane looks like a C-172

  • @racingbro1990 This is a 152. Remember, 172 has 4 seats :) and this doesn't have that much room behind the seats.

  • 1:48 looool

  • its not the age that counts...its the SKILLS

  • Just a question. Have you taken flight lessons yet? From my understanding you have to be 16 to complete your first solo flight.

  • @TheEliteSystem nope i haven't. I just turned 15 in march, this summer I'm going to take official lessons probably. and yes, at 16 you can solo, but there is restrictions, and yada yada, then at 17 you can get your license.

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Oh okay cool. I'm currently 14 and I'm looking into taking lessons sometime. Good luck with yours!

  • Good work! I hope for you a life with always blue skies! :-)

  • United States of America Air Force Aux.!!!

  • Good stuff,great flying...

  • Do you have your certificate yet?

  • @EthanFoley no, only 14. :P

  • @NIGHTEHAWK You should take your knoledge test at 15 and a half. That's what im doing!

  • Very smooth little bro, keep it up. Very inspiring actually. =D

  • @mrrobedeau Tks :)

  • I normally don't like music in aviation vid's but that was quite nice. Thanks.

  • @klesmer Tks

  • Beautiful landing dude

  • @stubby692007 Tks.

  • great flying!

  • @pilot4life12 Thanks.

  • Thats fantastic

  • @ryno2085 Thanks!

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Ur welcome, Keep at it!

  • Very nice job flying... I've been fling for a few years now and have 1971 150L that I'm restoring.

  • @Qwesterthews ah nice! i want to restore a J-3. oh wait, hhmm. DAD. ha.

  • I am taking lessons now and i love the c-150 but its kinda cramped other than that its so swell flying in the winter

  • @ventrillo1 ha yeah! it fit me almost perfectly when this was made. good luck to ya!

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Thanks the whole pilot concept i love it ever since i was a kid i love the view and the feeling of controlling the plane :D

  • @ventrillo1 Yeah. It's awesome :)

  • what's the tune?

  • @hiotsobo its in the credits, Mope Okerh, Soviet remix.

  • Wow, that panel looks ancient!

  • @jmclarke1 and that's how i like it! :)

  • I just saw myself when I was 13! Unfortunately, all these years I could never since afford to continue (even flight instruction has become so incredably expensive now!) nevertheless that was my situation in Santa Barbara, CA when I was only 13. Though, one difference, my flight instructor was a woman, oh well!

Keep up the flight and log many hours! (If only I could do that myself now)!

BTW now the plane of choice for instruction is the 152, 172 Skyhawk. Are there very many 150s left? Thx!

  • @electricrailwaygod Cool! and yeah everything is getting expensive! The mane flight instruction plane is a 150/152 or the plane you buy. Plenty of 150s left man! but i think fligh schools are going to move into teh 162 or 160, Skycatcher, i don't remember the number.

  • Wow... awesome... perfect!!! :-)

  • @cz250714 Thanks :)

  • Awesome.

  • thats awesome man ure flyin the exact plane im lookin at tryin to buy i flew the simulator & my first time got it right on the money but i know its not like flyin the real thing but im goin for my pilot license soon just was sayin cause when u banked to the left i notice to right steerin to the right a little maybe strong winds or whatnot? what was up with that?

  • @TxStYlE4AwHiLe No winds, dead calm that day. Just the rigging in that particular aircraft, Neutral was actually a little right on the yoke. :)

  • @NIGHTEHAWK love that

  • hey man thats badass how old are u if u dont mind me askin? & the steerings inverted?

  • @TxStYlE4AwHiLe When this video was made i was 13. and nope it's not.

  • Nice, I love the 150

  • can"t get tire of watching your manuvers young captain..Congratulation once again

  • Ha! Cool! I did the same thing today....accept mine weren't as good, but I'm having fun!

  • @636roadrunner awesome man!!

  • i wouldnt be surprised if next youd be in a jet airliner!!!! nice job flying!!!!

  • @TheRetardedAstronaut haha. thanks! :)

  • good lord you are born to fly, keep practice young blood ,ROCK ON !!!!!!

  • @stealhty1 lol xD thanks!

  • Wow, I only got 13 logged hours but that seems like a good landing. However, I didn't hear the stall indicator come on in landing.

  • @EthanFoley yeah, music hides it. it just chirped for a second then she touched down. :) thanks to

  • @NIGHTEHAWK After I go over it a couple times I start to here it a bit. I'm flying a 150 for the first time on Saturday for the first. I hear it's somewhat easier than other Cessna's.

  • @EthanFoley Yeah, its lighter, and cool man :) i fly 172 mostly.

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Same. I fly the 172 mostly and sometimes the American Champion.

  • @EthanFoley aahh nice! we traded our champ for the 172! it was my great uncle i think. i want to go fly it!

  • @EthanFoley I'm an airplane and helicopter pilot and I have to say I think the 172 is easier or at least more comfortable to fly. Started my training in a 150 and when I soloed it was a little gusty and the 150 so light that it felt like I was a leaf blowing in the wind on final with flaps down. The 172 is heavier with more wing area so it's more stable, but all forms of flying are enjoyable so have a blast and good luck if you're going for PPL. If you ever fly a 172 let me know what you think.

  • @Jesseronimo Nice point of view. In fact, I fly the 172 almost every week. But, since I started flying the 150 a month ago and I just find the 150 easier to fly. But it all depends on what you start with and how you train.

  • a really well done vid

  • @markgrafjayson Thanks

  • WOW! Really nice video! Have you had lessons? (how old are you?) I am 15 and REALLY jealous!

  • @jeheprotkop Thanks. and nope, only lessens i have ever had are the ones my dad gave me. I am 14. been flying all my life. good thing about this hobby, you never stop learning :)

  • Really nicely done, good job :)

  • @bennyboy942 Thanks :)

  • great job man. nice touch nd Go.

  • @seichiramos Thanks

  • very nice video ☺

  • Nice touch and go kiddo!

  • @captairborne Thanks :)

  • Awesome job! i just had my first flight lesson yesterday, and I had never been in a plane before. The small planes are a great experience

  • @mattnanokid Nice! and yeah, they are :) good luck with your flying

  • Great landings, i can fly with you any day :) Proud dad :)

  • Great landings, i can fly with you any day :)

  • Great landings, ican fly with you any day :)

  • Nice job, Man! Beautiful landings! I have a over a thousand hours as a flight instructor and wish all the students I fly with could do that every landing. I'd fly with you anytime. Blue skies!

  • @highfly84 lol, thanks man!

  • how old are you?

just had my first flying lesson 2day XD

    .6 hrs ftw!

  • @TheFsReview 14, 13 when this video was made :)

  • @NIGHTEHAWK

how many hours have you logged?

looks like you have logged a lot with how confident you are, and how good your landings are :P

  • @TheFsReview i really don't know lol few hundred probly

  • The best pilot ever . Calm, professional, smooth landings. I own a 150 but I'm sure never will land it like he does !!! Congrats. Good job Dad !

  • The perfect pilot - he weighs maybe 75 lbs. Lucky kid he'll probably have a well deserved 10k hours by the time he hits 25.

  • @dearthpanda lol thanks!

  • Very nice job. I just got back from a 150 flight around southern Phoenix AZ area, It was my first time flying for more than 10 min lol. I flew for about an hour and a half with 5 touch and goes thrown in, a stop and go, and a full stop. My landings were crap compared to yours! Very nice job again!

  • @drmrboy29 lol, this was the first time i had ever flown this plane to! I guess learning in a 172 will make it easy in a lighter plane!

  • He seems like a professional. Shoul be proud

  • What a fantastic video. Keep up the good work, guy! - Hal, PP, ASEL.

  • @halatos Thx

  • looks old, I like it.

  • Good job. Keep up the good work. I wouldn't bother with the flaps or carb heat until exiting the RWY though. That's an unecessary distraction. I was taught to 'fly' the plane until I tie it down.

  • @denhou1974 I learned that way to, but i also learned to put the flaps up so that its less likely that you will get wind or something and pop you back into the air, it gets you on the ground with a little more "stick" to it, and Carb heat is just pushen in a little switch or what ever you have and by the time i get to it im below 50 so it snot getting back in the air, and you don't have to look to push it in, and you just have to stay on the Ruder to keep it lined up.

  • @NIGHTEHAWK Cool. Happy Flying.

  • Hey, great job there kiddo. I've done that a few times myself. Wish I could say all of my landings had been as pretty as yours! Thanks for posting,

  • @merlinj74 Thanks! and Learning in a heavier plane, in my case a 172, makes landing a 150 like that a peace of cake!

  • @NIGHTEHAWK

Those planes were empty. Many of those who testified to losing family and friends on the aircrafts were paid to go along with the story. In fact many of those passengers who were supposed to have been killed in the crash were spotted in different parts of the world like Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, etc

  • Reminds of back in the Day How time flys by.. Great Vid, The sky s the limit fly safe!

  • @craigstephenfoulon i dont beleive they were remote operated but i do beleive something wasnt right about that so we will never understand what really happend that day.

  • nice landing. is that a cessna 150A?. if so i have one and i love every minute of flying it. i would like to see some pictures of the plane your flying if possible. my cessna 150A was built in 1961 and is in immaculate condition. i enjoyed watching your video happy flying regards wayne

  • Wow, what a great job. yes, show your other videos.

  • @tr6ranger thx, and sorry but no vids of the flyin, but i have a vid of the Culver up

  • Great job ! (from a fellow 150 pilot) Don't stop flying. At the rate you are going you'll be any kind of pilot you want to be!!! Don't let anybody talk you out of your dreams. You have the kind of start most of us pilots dream of.

  • Thx! and i never let anyone talk me out of my dreams. They can think what they want, i dont care. and yeah i really do :)

  • NICE JOB DUDE....!!

  • thx

  • Awesome. Nice video. Cuddos for only being 13 and having the focus to fly an airplane. My nephew is 13 and he has no direction or desire to even get out of bed at a decent time. Keep up the good work
