I recall watching this show on PBS here in New Jersey. WLIW also aired episodes. This was before the "Great Network Consolidation." Great show. I especially like the theme song. Guitar solos are always welcomed. We need more space shows. Thanks for posting this!

Yes.. thank you very much. Like Outland, the real face of "science fiction" will be in how we deal with ourselves, not space aliens.

This series with it's focus on physical realities as they play into the human role in space was brilliant and way ahead of it's time. Great stuff.

Well, I've just finished re-watching all of the Star Cops episodes. Two words. THANK YOU, Whovian69UK. This series never really got off the ground, but the potential was defintely there. A lost opportunity.

Star Cops is one of the best and most realistic sci-fi adventures on tv. In fact it had a better audience share in Dallas on PBS than Star Trek TNG in the 80's
