Hey i need help, I am trying to install my headset to my bike, but i have questions.
What parts do you install from bottom to the top (stem area)?
And I have two cups that look like they have to be on the bottom and top of my frame and fork access, but theres already some on my bike, can i take it off and put the new ones in as tight as the old ones, and without tools? Help please!

My barrings seem to be stuck inside my frame, and i can't get them out. Any suggestions for this?

WD-40 or Liquid wrench.
Let it sit.
Pry it out with flat head screwdriver?
May need some new headset cups?
Make sure you put a lot of grease on it next time.
