It has more right that way.

Sometimes when i run .exe programs it wont run the way it should run, but when i run it as admin it works perfectly.

Right click the .exe file and you will see 3rth option ''run as admin''. If that dosnt work try right clicking it > properties > compatible with windows xp server pack 2.
