I spent some time amoung Orthodox community, many of them are hateful (not all). They dont tolerate Christians but they REALLY hate messianic Jews as they believe that they are Jewish "pretenders" trying to act Jewish and convert Jews into Christianity. To them, its like crusade against Judaism all over again.

They also dont get along with seculars either.

I've also met some Orthodox men and an elderly rabbi who secretly converted to Christianity and keep secret as to not make problem

The YWAM Team was having a prayer service and outside, the orthodox Jews were picketing and making noise to disrupt that service. They even banged on the door. The WYAM Team did not know what was happening, were apprehensive & had to be rescued, so these guys would not assault them.

Protesting is part of a true democracy. However, the orthodox use criminal methods to "protest": picketing another religious place is illegal in Israel. In this video they were outside the Christian congregation waiting for 5 young ladies (tourists) to come out and walk home. Eddie went to the house and rescued them. The Haredim do not work - they are paid by the government to study Torah/Talmud and they are paid by the Rabbi to harass the Christians and Messianic Jews. When the Rabbis translated the T'nach into Greek (Called the Septuagint) they had no trouble choosing the Greek word "Parthenos" which means virgin. The verse in Isaiah 7 was talking about the coming Messiah; a sign to the House of David. What kind of sign is a woman birthing a baby in an ordinary way?
