use bandolier, steady aim and deep impact. When taking the shot, move to the left or right slightly, then when your cross hairs move back towards the center of the screen, take the shot. Thats now i do it anway and it works fine for me, might take abit of practise though

r700 XD, worst sniper ever, m40 is 10x better for no scoping and scoping

That's your prefferance, for hardcore the M21 is the best, most accurate semi-auto sniper but not alot of damage.. wich is ok because it's hardcore. For everything else it's just prefferance, I personally use the R700 with Stopping Power, because after playing Ground War with so many people I cant play anything else, that usually gets them in one hit, unless they have juggernaut then you have to hit em at least in the chest area.. maybe stomach but that'd be sketchy. Cant say a sniper is best

It is a lot easier on 360 or PS3 because:

1. Auto-Aim is enabled, and there is NO auto-aim on the PC.

2. You can use the G-Shot technique on a 360 or a PS3, which you cannot on a PC.
