I have the lap band, but it hasn't worked well for me, and so soon I'll be switching to the gastric sleeve. I'm a little nervous about having that much stomach removed, but I think it is the only way I will get down to a health weight. Thanks again for your encouragement.

i am about 3 weeks pre-op for san fran :) i am so happy to find your video's! i started at 350 and am at 320 now in prep for my surgery. have you tried protidiet? i tried about 2938429384 nasty protein drinks and found i LOVE the protidiet. look forward to your other video's. have you started the facebook page you were thinking about?

I had in done in SF. I paid my surgeons fee but my insurance paid for the surgery.

Amazing! I am 5 months post-op on my sleeve, and gone from 225 to 160. I have some more weight to go, but this surgery has been life changing for me. Pictures like yours are a real inspiration for all of us :)

Thanks guys!! Congrats for all you new VGS'ers. Hope you are loosing BIG! Remember not to cheat. Chart EVERYTHING that goes into your stomach and hold yourself accountable. Those first 6 months ate critical. You can do it!!

If you are pre-op: start exercising and eating low carb. Start charting now so it will be easy post op.

Wow that is amazing. 100 pounds in 6 months. I'm 5 months and only down 70. I do eat closer to 900-1000 calories per day though. Your still only at 600. What types of food do you eat. Congrats on your success. Keep up the good work.

Wow you are amazing! I noticed 1 of your pics is @ CA state fair. R u from CA? I am from the San Joaquin Valley and I am scheduled for a VSG Nov. 25, in about 2 wks but in Tijuana Mexico. I don't know what to expect, I am scared, I feel like I don't know what I am doing. What do you recommend someone who is @ pre-op state? What was your diet prior to surgery and after?
