Check out a metal band called Killswitch Engage on iTunes. Especially the album As Daylight Dies (especial edition) and you'll see what some nice metal sounds like ^^. I was a hardcore LP fan for 4 yrs, but of course I've moved on.

It's a blend of rap, rock, and hybrid elements. It is probably nu metal.

But rock legend? Are you fucking kidding? They are not like led zepellin, etc, or even green day or blink 182.
