@TheWhiteQueen1 I know Brad doesn't have a smoking video on here so I'm sure he wouldn't mind me directing you to another tapping video for that. In the search box type Magnus Tapping. I used his one for giving up two years ago and never looked back...his style of tapping is different and the is longer but if you're serious about it, I thoroughly recommend it. When you get a craving or get bad tempered do the video, after a couple of uses you won't even think about cigs anymore! good luck!
