It's very difficult actually, you'd be surprised... For example, they are different sizes in different countries (USA, Italy, france) they do not always correspond. Plus, different labels have a different way to size bras. For example, I wear a 85C size in a Passionnata bra, but a 85D size in an Aubade bra... So it totally depends on how you feel in the bra itself. And I don't have a C cup and an D cup, I'm not a freak! LOL
