I produced, edited and composited the film so I guess you could say I'm the glue that held the film together. Although I am now getting in to drawing and animating my own films.
It did make sense in a way, i suppose the boy found comfort in the fact that he could let his (anonymous dead persons) ashes go, and in a way set them free, and instead of lingering on the issue, moved on, but this is just a guess.

I think the last smile was creepy and uncalled for. Ending the animation on that was ...odd, because nothing gave it sense.
But all in all, it was very good.
