100HP Rotax 4 cyl gas engine (used in drones for example) is rated continuous EGT of 1750 degrees at the turbo. I'm pretty sure a cummins is built with higher temp metals and can handle it.

arent your egts thru the roof? No point to 150hp injectors unless you have and aftermarket turbo setup, lift pump, and injection pump.

@mxracer150r Not true, an HX35 will handle them if you know how to drive around them, even though it would be good to upgrade if you plan on taking full potential of them. No need to upgrade an injection pump unless you plan on making serious HP. Lift pump is a must even for a stock truck though.

They are actually worked over 150's that a buddy of mine modified. I don't know what they equaled out to honestly. But i was running a HX35 turbo with a 12cm housing and 38psi.

@9412vpullin VP is good and still trucking. It has around 200k on it. The VP's are a crap shoot man. You can win some and loose some with them.

@Krollup77 I put that setup on there after the haisley box that was on in the video. It works every better cause it will defuel for you. It was a great setup. Could have used a bigger turbo for sure.

C'est un moteur diesel, parfois il y a du gasoil imbrulé, de la calamine... qui ressort et c'est de couleur noire !

Surtout si le filtre à air est trop colmaté, ce qui rend le mélange trop riche, et donc sa fume ...

The truck smokes because its a diesel engine and not a gasoline. the black smoke is unburnt diesel fuel (soot)

i have stage 5 jammer nozzles i did put on something wierd dont fit so i did all 6 and crank and it dont start, so later i put back the stock nozzle back and it ran. the stock nozzle and the stage 5 nozzle size is not same, please help and make infos i'll be accpeted u. Thanks

i haven't messed with the nozzles but to my understanding are easy to install. Give edge a call and the can walk you thru it.

ask and you shall receive. i am posting a vid response of my 2001 with jammer4s jammerturbo edge box h2o/meth and stock trans at the time. the tires had half tread when i did the burnout now they are bold with the belt showing. burnout went for about 325 yards. speedo said 95mph at about 30 feet and stayed there till i got out of it. nice truck btw

nice truck. I have a 99 24 valve too, 5-speed, extended cab short bed, 4 inch turbo back, its getting a new clutch and its transmission rebuilt now. 180,000 miles and it still runs strong.

I have a 6" lift with 35 x 12.50 BFG's. And the truck get's about 15mpg driving easy or hammering down.

The truck is a 1999 24 Valve.

With the box on Kill setting it can get pretty toasty. But i regulate it with my foot. On 70hp setting its not to bad.
