this airline sucks went upper class recently and was total rubbish- service sucked even my dads tv didnt work and the fare was over 2,000 pounds fuck upper prem economy is good enough

When you look at the price for 2, you will rather decide to buy a car. LOL. What I like about first-classes that they most frequently go right into engines when plane crashes mid-air. Instant death that is.

VA do not offer a first class seat. 'Upper' is their equivalent of a business class seat. As far as business class goes. this is excellent!

The problem is that because of the way the seats are it's very clustered and there isn't that much space due to the seats being from the window. BA have it straight ahead which means there's the feeling of more space. That's taken from experience.

Virgin use the word 'upper' for their Business class and having flown upper several times it is really excellent as far as business goes! Also i'd rather a personality in a red uniform and a stiff in a navy one! I do like BA though lol

I'd like to say that I hired the whole Upper Class Lounge, but in fact it has been snowing all eve and we were moved planes as our original one was unable to take off. I assume we were the first 2 passengers to be told!
