RIP Marquis Cooper, never forgotten in all UW fans Hearts. He was the only good player we had to watch for his last couple of years but he played his damn heart out and earned his 3rd round draft status with the Bucs. If he did go out at Sea, at least he went in the element that he loved. Still sad story, but a learning lesson.......make sure your boat has the necessary items to surivive and help the Coast Guard find your boat ASAP, could have saved 3 lifes for mere hundreds of $
