From what I've seen in playing Peach, her utilt has insane priority and damage. It also has a great deal of knockback. But if I recall, It KOs at normal percentages, so around 150-200, somewhere around there.
uSmash also has a lot of priority, just not as much as uTilt. uSmash does a sum more damage, and has a MUCH greater knockback. I was able to KO Ike on FD at about 105% AFTER the smash. Of course this was sweetspotted, meaning he was directly above me. Both have GREAT usage. =D
her utilt is quicker and has better range but her Usmash does more dmg (although utilt already does 13) and has crazy priority, utilt is a great combo move and usmash is a great finisher

The smash was charged about 0.5 - 1 second or so. Not an overly significant charge.

yeah there both great moves, but peaches USmash is really easy to sour spot.
