@damo24now Pretty funny, sort of eh? There was a article in the papers here a bunch of years ago when he retired from FC cricket, talked about the roller incident.
Never seen this guy before. Cook's action has an uncanny resemblance to my former cub opening partner. It's kinda spooky! He doesn't look very quick but remarkable accuracy on a cracked up pitch. Good wicket-to-wicket stuff; tailormade for 4th and 5th day bowling.
@chaubeyman He didnt play more because of McWarne- he got ran over by a steamroller and never got his fitness back to test levels. Still played club cricket until 2004.
his action, when seen in slow-mo, is similar to jamie anderson's

The first wicket is a lovely take from Healy! And Steve Waugh's first catch isn't bad. :)
There was a lot of assistance for Cook in the pitch though...

@wisden550 the crack in the pitch on on off and just short of a good length = assistance

Matthew Nicholson would be another one along similar lines to Cook and Stuart .. made somewhat of an impact in a very brief appearance.

I watched this guy bowl in a Mercantile Mutual Cup game ages ago. I don't think he played many games.

Distinctly Shane Bondish....it's uncanny how many times he hit the crack much like a spinner would!

My initial thought was "WHO?" lol Nice accuracy though to consistently hit that crack outside the right hander's off stump.

his action looks a bit like andy bicheal's action

I feel sorry for him and lot of other similar guys who played in "Mcgrath&Warne" era.

@robelinda2 I wishr, if he would have been been fit today, he would have been easily fit into the squad which has no "McWarne".

would be a tough job replacing mcgrath
