I believe Mr. Walker is right in his concerns abut health care and our budget but right now we need to address this situation for our parents. Aides and nurses do not have enough time to care for all the patients insufficient. Our parents are forced to live worrying about their lives, medicine, and belongings everyday. We need to be more aggressive about their care now because we will be next as Mr. Walker points out to all of us.

For the ignorant people who voted for Obama without thinking. Government spending in Trillions will bankrupt the US economy. Obama's and the liberal left is ignorant about the economy. They think deficit does not matter. Government officials, and the rich won't be affected much as they just have too much benefits and businesses will pass increased taxes to consumers. Middle class will drop down to lower middle class or become poor. This country is changing towards its demise.

If you remember it was Paul Martin as finance minister who came in with massive government spending cuts and really opened the doors of trade towards China and India. We no longer were in defeceit and the government was spending surplus cash and not stimulus cash. Paul Martin ( who is a liberal) is more captilist than Bush or Oama. The United States could learn a thing or two about economics from us Canadians. Government spending cuts work and surplus is not a dirty word!!!

People want to start attacking globla warming IMMEDIATELY but have no desire to start working on this problem for another 20 years. Doesn't make sense. Getting out of Iraq and the money saved there will NOT cure this. If we had to raise taxes to help, we'd be paying taxes of 60-70%. who wants that? There comes a certain point where we could take 100% of the money the rich make and that won't even come close to solving this problem.

I would be interested in knowing how to help solving this problem. First of all the USA should stop killing people in Irak or Iran(which is likely to happen soon) just to get oil. That's not a good way to solve the problem. Just my point of view, not meant to offend people

Ron Paul will have to work with the Congress as he also promised, and the Congress will still push the spending up. To fix this we would need 200 Congressmans Ron Pauls.

Amen. I vote for a cap on spending an ultimately a reduction and finally and elimination of "entitlement" spending. Take care of yourself and stop looking to the government for answers to your problems. They are not your parent.
