this is a good video that im sure most people are not! aware of. when you sign something do you really read the fine print and ask questions? probably not. i saw the short video on paying off your mortgage sooner (website on video). sounds fishy. almost sounds like a heloc or some investment strategy. either way both would include some risk or another loan to pay off. the fastest way to pay off your house/debts is consolidate into lower interest rate or refi into a lower. it will u save money
